Inzovu Reserve

Inzovu Reserve is sourced from the fertile highlands of Rwanda, where coffee grows at altitudes between 1,400 and 1,900 meters. This fully washed coffee is a blend of Bourbon and Typica varieties, harvested from 40 washing stations and 35,000 farmers. The coffee is hulled, graded, and hand-sorted at the Rwanda Trading Company in Kigali. With fruity, well-balanced flavours and beautiful hints of cranberries, Inzovu Reserve offers a sweet and vibrant cup, roasted to a light-medium level to highlight its natural brightness.
