Isabella Reserve

Isabella Reserve is sourced from the Las Isabellas farm in El Salvador, located on the southern face of Cerron Grande in the Apaneca region. This coffee, a mix of Pacamara and Bourbon varieties, is cultivated at altitudes between 1,200 and 1,450 meters, within a farm that spans 175 acres of natural forest, springs, and waterfalls. A certified Rainforest Alliance farm, Las Isabellas is managed with great care by owner Jose Roberto Santamaria. Expect a sweet, mild coffee with vibrant notes of plums and chocolate, offering a smooth, balanced cup.
